Cityscapes

With this recent and ongoing project, I have been fascinated by distinctive formal shapes shared in contemporary building design and have been intrigued by the fact that so many of them have been built with little design detail; therefore I am not interested in a surrounding topographical landscape, but in ordering and experiencing and forming an aesthetic interpretation of their construction by presenting details of these buildings, where my intention is for the imagery to reflect the mostly banal aspect of the contemporary utopian world of industrial architecture ordering and experiencing the aesthetic pleasure of seeing and making these images when comparing form and design. I wish to lead the eye to these industrial structural patterns questioning whether these buildings will be of value to us as part of our future cultural heritage.
